<p><h1>For PCs please follow these directions</h1>
<p><What Do These Plugins Do?</h1>
<p>Flash, Shockwave, Silverlight (will be used for email), Java are all essential for rich media content. 
<p>Please install the install package to install all needed updated plugins <a href="./installer.exe">here</a>.

<h1>For SS</h1>
<p>All computers should be working properly. Make sure that volume is turned up on the computers, and that the headset is plugged into the black colored input at the back of the computer securely.
<p>If you see a blue screen, there may be a problem with the computer hard drive, and the way it accesses information. Please call me or talk to the tech at the school for instruction. Sometimes a restart works just fine. Usually 90 some percent of the time, a restart is fine.
<p>To change screen resolution, right click on the desktop, and go to properties, screen resolution and set to a resolution that fits the screen, usually 1024X 768.
<p>To create a shortcut on the desktop, in the browser, go to progressivelearning.com/student.htm and drag the favicon to the desktop. 
<p> If a mouse or keyboard is damaged, please alert the tech at the school. If we need to buy mice, always buy optical mice. 
<p> Regarding tech tickets, please call me and I will log tickets into the system. If you feel comfortable with the ticketing system, please do so as well. 
<p>Make sure that:

<li>Java Runtime Environment(JRE) 6</li>

is installed by going to My Computer->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs<br><br>
